Innovative Multidisciplinary R&D Projects for Accelerating Community Transformation (IMPACT R&D) Incorporated
A non-stock non-profit R&D organization in the Philippines piloted by Foresters and an Agriculturist. At IMPACT R&D, we believe that the strength of any project lies in the foundation it’s built on. Before proposing any initiative, we ensure that we already have a solid research backbone, saving both time and resources, and—more importantly—guaranteeing credibility and relevance in the outputs we deliver.
The Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) has recognized IMPACT R&D & Leads Agri as one of the standout winners in the 2025 Space Business Innovation Challenge (SBIC) — Professional Category for their project, Digisaka System. The award was officially announced following the SBIC 2025 evaluation by PhilSA.
IMPACT R&D & Leads Agri's Digisaka System combines satellite data with real-time agricultural monitoring and actionable alerts, designed to support local farmers and enhance agricultural productivity nationwide. The project stood out for its technical robustness, scalability, and readiness for deployment.
This recognition underscores IMPACT R&D’s commitment to translating space data into practical, impactful tools that address real-world problems. The team is now preparing for the next phase: piloting and scaling the system for implementation.
